Questions, feature requests, and bug reports are all welcome at the address below. Lablate is run by one person, so a reply may take a little while, but everything that arrives does get read.

Expect a reply within 3–4 business days. Weekends, public holidays in Japan, and busy periods may take longer.

What to write about
- Questions about features or how something works

Helpful details when reporting a bug
The following makes a problem much easier to reproduce, and so much faster to fix. All of it is optional — send whatever you have.
- Your operating system (Windows, macOS, …) and browser
- The steps you took when it happened
- What you expected, and what actually happened
- A screenshot, if you can
